  Camera Ready

Camera-ready versions of accepted papers should carefully take into account any suggestions in the reviews.

Camera-ready versions must strictly adhere to Springer's guidelines for LNCS authors, which can be found at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

When preparing your camera-ready paper, please keep in mind the following page limits:

  • Regular research papers: 14 pages;
  • Short papers: 6 pages.

What to Submit

The following files have to be submitted through EasyChair.

  1. A Springer copyright form, signed in ink by the corresponding author on behalf of all of the other authors of the paper. This corresponding author will be contacted by Springer to check the final PDF (see below).
    A partially completed Springer copyright form can be found here. Please scan the form into PDF.
  2. A final PDF corresponding exactly to the final sources.
  3. The source files for your submission.
  4. LaTeX users
    A ZIP file including everything that is needed to recompile your paper, including:
    • the .tex source file. Make sure that your .tex file does not contain any absolute paths;
    • any non-standard style files and special fonts you may have used;
    • images. Note that all figures are printed in black and white;
    • the .bib file with bibliographic records.

When to Submit

The deadline for submission is 11 July, 2014 at midnight (UTC+0). Papers not submitted by this time risk not to be included in the proceedings.

Checking the Final PDF

Springer will use the source files to smooth out any formatting or capitalization inconsistencies and to insert running heads, page numbers... Once data processing has been finished, the corresponding author (one per paper) will be contacted by Springer to check the final PDF. We expect this to happen in the month of July.

Registration

For a paper to be published, at least one author must register for the conference by July 11, 2014 and present the work.
