Franco Alberto Cardillo is a researcher at ILC – CNR (the Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale -ILC,  an Institute of the National Research Council of Italy -CNR). He received a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Pisa, Italy.

Research interests: His research interests include biologically-inspired bomputational models,  natural language processing, machine vision and image analysis analysis of multimodal data, big data, and parallelism.
